RETURN POLICY

What is the Return Period?

If you want to return the product, please do so within 5 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the return option will not be available after the 5th day.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To initiate a return request, it is mandatory to provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing/opening video of the parcel received.

Important Points:

• The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening.

• The complete unboxing process should be recorded without cuts or edits.

• Return requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

• All return requests are subject to verification and approval by our quality team.

• Approval of the return request will be granted only after successful review of the video proof and product condition.

What Products Are Returnable?

Returns will only be accepted if the products are:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• Undamaged

• In their original packaging

• With all original tags intact

What Products Are Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable?

The following products cannot be returned:

• Gift Cards

• Discounted/Sale Items (if applicable)

• Products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page

• Products returned without the required unboxing video proof

• Products that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery

Do I Need to Pay Any Return Fee?

A nominal ₹99 return pickup fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

How Will I Get My Refund?

After we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect the product. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

What Are the Refund Options?

For Prepaid Orders:

• Refunds will be processed within 2–4 business days after the returned product is received and approved.

For COD Orders:

• Refunds will be processed via NEFT transfer to your bank account within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and approved.

For Partial COD Orders:

• If a partial COD order is cancelled while in transit, both forward and return shipping charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.

How Do I Initiate a Return?

1. Enter your Order Number and Email Address.

2. Select the item(s) you wish to return.

3. Upload the required unboxing/opening video proof.

4. Submit your return request.

5. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

EXCHANGE POLICY

What is the Exchange Period?

If you want to exchange the product, please do so within 5 days from the date of delivery. Exchange requests will not be accepted after the 5th day.

Is Unboxing Video Required for Exchange?

Yes. A clear unboxing/opening video is mandatory for all exchange requests.

Exchange requests without valid video proof may be rejected during verification.

Can the Items Be Exchanged?

We allow exchanges for selectable variants such as size or color, subject to stock availability.

The product must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• Undamaged

• In resalable condition

• Returned with original packaging and tags intact

Once the exchange request is approved and the product is received and verified by our team, the replacement item will be shipped.

How Will I Receive My Exchanged Item?

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement product to your registered delivery address.

Do I Need to Pay Any Exchange Fee?

No. Exchange requests are free of charge.

Important Note

Bandia reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if:

• The required unboxing/opening video is not provided.

• The product is found used, washed, damaged, or altered.

• Original tags or packaging are missing.

• The request is made after the applicable return/exchange period.

• The product does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
